Destructive + non-destructive examination

Ultrasound testing with certificate stage 2 and level 2 is possible at Baumgarte. In addition we have a certified PT examination (ink penetration test / metal check). The whole extent of the destructive material testing, from tension tests to notch beating as well as grinding investigations can be carried out by us. MT-examinations and X-ray investigations are carried out by accredited and authorised test partners on our behalf. In addition we have a completely equipped lab and can so carry out various investigations in the basic field of foundry work.

Measurements control

We have a fully equipped Measurements Room with classical measurement technology and modern, digital test equipment (e.g. 3D measuring room).
